今年度第一款來到香茶房的春茶，係來自潮州的鳳凰單欉「塌富後」﹙因茶樹後是一個凹下去的地方而命名﹚。它是屬
#薑花香 類茶樹的一種。它的樹型與茶葉香味獨特，喝下喉韻帶甘，特別是喝到第四泡之後。
這茶來自 1000米以上的山，樹齡約 200歲。不是常見的鳳凰單欉口味﹙如蜜蘭香、鴨屎香等﹚，量也不多，只有大約 1 公斤。想試特別口味的

The first fresh tea of this year is “Ta Fu Hou” which is one of “Ginger Flower Aroma” tree group.
As it has unique tree shape and aroma, it is called different name from “Ginger Flower Aroma”.
This tea tree is 200years old.
So the taste which you feel deep in throat is very strong especially after 4th brew.
