🍵 薄荷煎茶 ~~🍃

天氣愈來愈熱。現在由舖頭行到中環地鐵站都會身水身汗。
天氣熱,來杯消暑解渴的茶吧。
綠茶性涼,薄荷更帶給人涼快的感覺,兩款加在一起,熱飲或凍飲,都有消除悶熱之效。
即使喝杯熱茶,出點汗後人便覺得舒爽。
當然夏天也可以來杯冷泡「薄荷煎茶」吧~~

沖泡冷 / 熱薄荷煎茶的方法

🍵熱飲🍵
煎茶 3g
乾薄荷葉 1.5g
攝氏90度熱水 200ml

泡一分鐘便可。可以泡兩次。

🍸冷泡🍸
煎茶 6g
乾薄荷葉 3g
水﹙室溫﹚ 700ml 
以上各項放入冷泡容器﹙如玻璃樽﹚,放入雪櫃,兩小時後取出可飲用!

 

🍵Sencha+Mint🍃

Weather is getting hotter and hotter but very humid.
Just going to office from MTR station, I would sweat a lot .
This tea is very nice to drink in such hot days.
Green tea could cool down body and menthol of mint makes even cooler the body.
Especially our mint tea has strong Menthol flavor.
It will be nice to brew either hot or cold.
Hot brew would be mild to your body but still could cool down~~🌬

Hot
Amount :Sencha 3g Mint 1.5g
Temperature:90degree
Water: 200ml
Time: 1min

Cold
Amount: Sencha 6g Mint 3g
Temperature: Room temp
Water 700ml
Time: 2h in refrigerator
